Mary Hoang is a renowned psychologist, author, and the founder of The Indigo Project, a progressive psychology practice in Australia. In her academic pursuits, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Honours) from the University of New South Wales. She also completed her postgraduate training in MiCBT. She started her career at Headspace and the Salvation Army, where she supported the youth through storytelling and music. As the founder of The Indigo Project in 2012, her services included immersive programs, therapies, digital courses, and more. As an author of Darkness Is Golden: A Guide to Personal Transformation, she pioneered the Death Meditation and Transience project.
